At RAFF Group, we proudly live, work and play in our regions, so it’s important for us to get involved and give back to the communities that have supported us all these years.

We’re committed to providing a positive impact in the region, and we offer sponsorships and support to various clubs, organisations and community-based events throughout our region.

How We Can Help

BBQ Fundraiser

RAFF Group offers those who are fundraising access to our BBQ facilities at the front of our Pittsworth, Clifton, or Millmerran store and will donate 100 sausages towards your sausage sizzle.

Fundraising Events

RAFF Group can support your annual charity and/or fundraising event, including charity lunches, golf days, local campdrafts, and more!

Raffle Prizes

RAFF Group can provide products to include in your charity and/or fundraising raffle. The donated product would be at the discretion of RAFF Group but will assist in achieving your fundraising goal.

Sporting Clubs & Events

RAFF Group can support your local sporting club via monetary donations or product donations like jerseys/uniforms, water bottles, tents and more to support the growth of your club.

Terms and conditions

RAFF Group Sponsorship Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility criteria:

Applicants must represent a registered charity, sporting club, youth club, special interest, charity event, community support organisation, or school within the RAFF Group service areas.
Applicants must submit their application for sponsorship at least six (6) weeks prior to the event to be considered for sponsorship.

2. Utilisation of prior sponsorships:

Prior sponsorship funds, products, or merchandise awarded by RAFF Group must be fully utilised before a new sponsorship application can be submitted.

3. Partnership requirements:

RAFF Group reserves the right to modify sponsorship, product, or merchandise offerings as deemed necessary. Any changes will be communicated to relevant parties in a timely manner.

4. Submission of sponsorship actions:

Successful sponsorship recipients are required to provide agreed-upon sponsorship actions, such as displaying RAFF Group signage, inclusion of the RAFF Group logo in promotion material, inclusion of the RAFF Group logo on uniforms and other merchandise, promoting RAFF Group’s sponsorship via media or social media, or providing photographs of the event with RAFF Group signage to be used in social media.

5. Cancellation of outstanding sponsorship material:

RAFF Group reserves the right to cancel any outstanding sponsorship applications that remained unutilised for more than 12 months from the date of application. This applies to sponsorship funding that have been designated for a community club or organisation.
