Supplying Pittsworth, Millmerran & Clifton regions with rural, cropping & hardware solutions
Residing in Pittsworth and with experience in rural merchandise across the Darling Downs, Belle and Rob leveraged their knowledge of the local ag landscape to open RAFF Farm Supplies in Pittsworth in 1996.
By offering growers and graziers local and expert advice on spraying techniques, crops for planting, livestock feed options and more, RAFF Group evolved quickly and established a reputation for helping locals get the job done.
Giving you the tools to get the job done since 1996
RAFF Group started by providing the Pittsworth community with animal health products, produce and pet food, fencing equipment, and more. After the first few years, it was clear many farmers and graziers across the Darling Downs needed further support.
Busting at the seams in our Pittsworth store, and backed by our new independent retail group CRT, in 2000, we expanded our reach to open the second RAFF Group store in Millmerran.
With two RAFF Group CRT stores, we purchased an existing CRT and hardware business in Clifton in 2012 to expand our rural service to more people across the Darling Downs.
Today, the Clifton store also runs the distribution centre for all three RAFF Group Stores.
Expanding our reach to include building & hardware supplies
Seeing the opportunity to service all our communities with more solutions and services all under one roof, we partnered with Australia’s largest independent retailer, Thrifty Link Hardware (now Mitre 10) in 2006.
With over 25 years in the industry and three stores providing crop protection, rural and hardware supplies, services and advice, we continue to refine our expertise to arm our communities with the tools to get the job done.
