RAFF Group CRT is looking for a full time Store Person / Customer Service person who has a passion for hardware.

The position will suit a motivated individual with a strong attention to detail and a focus on customer service. Working with a variety of energetic team members and customers you will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build solid long-term relationships.
 

Responsibilities

• Liaising with customers and staff regarding special orders
• Unpacking of deliveries and coordinating customer deliveries and stock receipts
• Transferring of stock between stores  
• Customer service as required

Desired, skills knowledge and experience

• Great drive and motivation and be physically fit
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Have attention to detail
• Be keen to work in a team environment but be able to work independently 
• Forklift ticket is essential
